John McCain's campaign says it respects copyright and has permission to use the music of various groups on the stump.

The Foo Fighters are the latest musicians to complain about McCain's use of their song to promote his campaign. And the rockers are demanding that he stop using "My Hero."

In a statement, the band says "'My Hero' was written as a celebration of the common man and his extraordinary potential." And it says to have it "used in a manner that perverts the original sentiment of the lyric just tarnishes the song."
